Our Mission... Encouraging Government to Streamline and Simplify the Real Estate Compliance Environment

Regulations. They're all around us. If you're a New Jersey Real Estate Professional, you have more new regulations than you know what to do with, and it seems there's always "more" on the way.

But when regulations become burdensome-by increasing your operating costs and liability, limiting economic and business growth, or just ignoring common sense-we need to oppose them. Unfortunately, real estate organizations have not been able to satisfactorily communicate to elected officials these concerns. Ideals are compromised and the result is another burdensome regulation.

The New Jersey Real Estate Professionals Opposed to Burdensome Regulations will seek to change the agenda in Trenton by bringing to the attention of elected officials what the bureaucracy has done to us over the last few years and what they can do to correct it.

If you agree that your real estate business is over-regulated, please complete the membership application. Surely, a few minutes of your time, is reasonable. As a member, you will be asked to sign letters and forward them to legislators. More importantly, your input on burdensome regulations impacting your business will be a key to our success.
